Material automation system is mainly controlled by Siemens PLC. The control system connects the switch cabinet with the input data and controls the output controller according to the program. From raw material feeding to pneumatic conveying to main materials, oils, accessories, small materials and other materials on-line measurement of mixing formula requirements, control production line parameters such as weight, package number, output, total cumulative to automatic packaging and other links.
The core of the control system is to realize the automatic operation of the material conveying system by collecting all the signals of production and processing. The data of pressure transmitter, material level switch and sensor are collected. Control motors, valves and actuators for output. Through authoritative inspection and certification, the control system developed by ONGOAL effectively ensures the requirements of stable operation and accurate matching.
In practical application, according to the needs of customers, central control room can be set up, which combines centralized control with field control. The automatic control device of the system consists of monitoring layer, control layer and execution layer. Reserve the Ethernet interface for expansion and communication with DCS.
Monitoring layer
Computer has three functions: operation, monitoring and management. The production control instructions are issued on the screen of industrial computer; the formula is stored in the industrial computer; the operator calls out the formula during production, and the production task list (ingredient formula and batch number) system is produced strictly according to the production task list; the running state of the equipment is monitored on the industrial computer; the data of the production process is made by the computer and stored in the database, which can be browsed and printed at any time. All operations and alarms have a historical record, which can be saved for more than one year, and the data can be exported.
Control layer
PLC receives control instructions from computer or touch screen, starts and stops relevant driving circuits according to control instructions, completes the control of equipment, and transmits real-time data such as the running state of equipment and the collected weight to touch screen. Screw feeding can be handled/automatically switched, screw conveying speed and conveying capacity can be set. The important operation is manual confirmation device, and the program can be set to automatically control the feeding, weighing and conveying process.
Equipment level
Measuring and controlling devices (weighing sensor, motor and pneumatic ball valve control circuit, etc.) are placed on the site of the equipment, and are detected and controlled by the control layer.
